    1. Thoroughly wash and rinse face and beard

    2. Pat dry area of application

    3. Use the Sanitizer to disinfect the Beard Roller

    4. Roll the Beard Roller on desired beard area skin 10 times vertically and horizontally. Apply light pressure during roll overs, and disinfect the Beard Roller with the Sanitizer once rolling complete.

    5. Apply the Activator Serum to the desired area, previously rolled and air dry

    6. Repeat steps with The Beard Roller twice per week but no more than every other day. However, use The Growth Activator Serum everyday for best results.
