Sending a gift
to another address?

  • Address Orders may be shipped to any address, independent of your billing address. Enter the recipient's details at checkout.
  • Packaging Gift packaging is available at checkout. Select your preference before completing your order.
  • Discretion No pricing information is included within the shipment. Your recipient receives only the gift.
  • International International gift recipients may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays & Exceptions

When the unexpected
occurs.

  • Holidays No dispatch or delivery on public holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed the following business day.
  • Address Incorrect or incomplete addresses will hold your order. You will be contacted via email to confirm details before re-dispatch.
  • Missed Delivery If a delivery attempt is missed, your carrier will leave a notice. Re-delivery will be arranged or collection from a local depot made available.
  • Remote Areas Deliveries to remote or restricted areas may require extended timeframes beyond standard estimates.
  • PO Boxes We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges

Thirty days.

Return Window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging.

Exchanges

Complimentary for U.S. clients. International clients receive prepaid return labels at preferential rates.

Refunds

Issued within 3–5 business days following return inspection, applied to your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If shipping protection was selected at checkout, replacements or refunds are arranged immediately upon notification.

Order Cancellation — Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return upon receipt.
