No. The Grooming Intelligence assessment is complimentary and open to anyone. Membership begins after, if and when you choose a Pathway.
She carries it forward. Each finding becomes part of your private record with the House, so future guidance builds on what she already knows rather than starting over.
The Council is extended by personal invitation only, reserved for a small number of distinguished individuals with a sovereign advisory relationship to the House.
